There is a 3 hour per person minimum charge for residential clients and a 2 hour per person minimum for commercial accounts.
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
is calculated at $30.00 per hour without supplies, $38.00 per hour with supplies.
HEAVY DUTY RESIDENTIAL CLEANING: If the apartment is unmanageable ie., hoarding/filled with rubbish then the minimum cost will start at $60.00 per hour.
COMMERCIAL RATES

$54.25 per visit per man - 1-3 days per week
$34.75 per visit per man 4+ days per week
WITH SUPPLIES ADD $3.25 PER HOUR
**These are non union rates. Union Rates are higher and are based on square footage of office/building.
